High-resolution transmission electron microscopy or HRTEM is a TEM working mode meant to visualize the atomic structure of crystalline materials.
Electron paramagnetic resonance, or EPR, is a magnetic resonance spectroscopic technique used to study species with unpaired electrons, such as transition metal ions, free radicals, point defects in solids or defects induced by irradiation with light or particles.
This video shows how HRTEM and EPR work, what samples can be studied and in which research domains they can be used for.
